the staff were friendly and professional, especially ella at reception. she provided a smooth check-in.

i struggled with the noise from the nearby nightclubs at night. it sounded like the nightclub was inside my room, despite the soundproofing they mentioned. this made it difficult to sleep.

Good central location

quiet room quick help late check out

My room was really quiet, this I appreciated very much. The staff helped super quickly. I was able to have late check out without problems. This was a real help as I had a late flight.

The corridors had a musty smell. It smelled a little old and dusty, really.

day trip helpful staff reasonable price

The staff was very helpful organizing a day trip to Ninh Binh. I thought the price was reasonable. They also arranged a trip to Sapa for me. I hope it is as nice as the Ninh Binh tour.

The noise from the street was noticeable at times.

the location was very central. it was literally in the middle of everything, but it wasn't too chaotic or trashy, which i appreciated.

i was disappointed by the room. the photos online were definitely misleading and the rooms were smaller than expected. the bed was also uncomfortably hard.

The staff was very helpful.. thank you, Josie and Noah! The bed felt very comfortable, and the room remained surprisingly quiet despite the beer street location. I appreciated how bright the room was as our previous hotel room in the same area was very dark.

I noticed some maintenance issues, and I hope they address these soon.

Excellent Stay in Central Location

The staff assisted us in storing our luggage after checkout. This allowed us to do the ha giang loop for a few days. They offered excellent recommendations for local restaurants. The location is central, near many attractions. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's rest.

The room was smaller than expected. It could use more natural light.

I found the breakfast area to be clean and well stocked with a variety of options each morning. The coffee machine brewed fresh coffee. There were also local fruits available, all contributing to a positive start to the day.
